The Spring Parade of Homes is Here!

A fan favorite amongst many home enthusiasts all over Minnesota! The Parade of Homes is a great opportunity for home buyers, builders, remodelers, and current owners to explore, discover, and to be inspired through the art of real estate. 

While taking the tour as an active home buyer, you are encouraged to take advantage of not just seeing the home, but the neighborhood as well. While you take a trip to different homes, neighborhoods, and cities across the metro, keep in mind the value and benefits of new homes and neighborhoods across the price, style and location spectrum.

Lastly, those of you looking to build a home in the near future, the Parade of Homes is a great introduction to many different builders and designers in the Metro, consisting of homes built by over 100 builder companies. 

The best part about all of this is that all homes are free to tour, besides the six Dream Homes that charge a $5 admission fee that go towards the Housing First Minnesota Foundation to help build and remodel homes for Minnesotans in need.

This Spring’s selection consists of 386 homes, ranging in price from $316,990 to $3,325,000, and is open 12-6 PM Friday through Sundays from March 8th to April 7th, excluding Sunday, March 31st. The cities with the most homes on the Spring Parade of Homes include Lakeville (34), Woodbury (17), Blaine (15), and Rosemount (14).
