2nd Year Flood Anniversary
With the heavy rains affecting much of Minnesota and especially central Minnesota, it brings back memories of Prior Lake’s flood that happened two short years ago. Today, the lake level on Lower Prior Lake is 902.35 ft. which seems to be a comfortable level for most home owners. At the peak of the flood the water level was just over 906 ft, over two feet over the no-wake zone level of 904 ft. Here is a video I made documenting the damage and effects of the flood on the Prior Lake Community.
