Build Wealth Through Real Estate

The coronavirus pandemic has greatly shifted our lifestyles and thus our purchasing decisions this past year. With the stock market looking bleak in the first few months of the pandemic Americans were especially wary of investing their finances into the market. An emerging trend we are seeing is that Americans are more comfortable placing their funds into the real estate market.

According to a study done by the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, an amassing number of respondents (90%) answered that they would rather own a home than invest in the stock market. 50% of respondents also noted that they would rather own a rental property than purchase stocks.

It is evident that individuals are seeking safer investments with the fear of an upcoming recession looming. The real estate market has been seen as less volatile in comparison to the stock market and offers a sound investment for Americans. The current wild success of the market has also likely influenced this consensus as many have seen immense success in the process of buying and selling homes.

If you are looking to invest in the real estate market having a knowledgeable realtor is essential. The right realtor in your corner can assist you in making a sound investment that will yield extensive returns.
